Does my restaurant need a full strategy, or can I just request a one-time video or photoshoot?
Both options are possible.
Sunset Koi is built around long-term brand elevation, because a strong restaurant brand is created over time, not with a single post.
That said, if you only need one video, a photoshoot, or a specific project, we’re happy to do that.
Our goal is to do what makes sense for your restaurant, not to force packages that don’t fit.
My restaurant is not ultra-luxury or Michelin-level. Is Sunset Koi still a good fit?
Absolutely.
We work with all kinds of restaurants, from fine dining and Michelin-level venues to family-run restaurants focused on tradition and authenticity.

Do you handle social media posting or only content creation?
Our core focus is content creation and creative direction.
That said, we’re a full creative partner.
If your restaurant needs support beyond production, including social content strategy, formats, or campaign planning, we can handle that as well.
Everything is modular and tailored to what actually makes sense for you.
Can you work with our internal marketing team or existing agency?
Yes, absolutely. We often act as an external creative tool for internal marketing teams or agencies.

My restaurant is not in Dubai. Can Sunset Koi still work with me?
Yes.
We’ve been working with clients in the United States and Europe for years, long before Dubai.
Dubai is highlighted because the Creative Director and most of the core team are based here, allowing us to work closely, in person, and with full control over quality.
We deliberately limit the number of clients we work with.
We don’t believe in managing dozens of restaurants remotely, from the other side of the world.
We believe in being present, testing the product, understanding the space, and working face-to-face whenever possible.
Does Sunset Koi use artificial intelligence, or only traditional production methods?
We use both.
We combine over 20 years of real-world production experience with the latest AI technologies.
Ignoring new tools wouldn’t be forward-thinking, and brands that don’t adapt eventually fall behind. That said, AI never replaces real people in our process.
Food, spaces, stories, and creative decisions always start with human experience and taste. AI is a tool, one that allows us to move faster, test more ideas, and elevate quality. It amplifies the skills of experienced creatives; it doesn’t replace them.
This is why we constantly stay up to date with new AI developments: not to follow trends, but to make sure our clients benefit from the best tools available, applied with real expertise.
Is there any commitment after the discovery call or in-person meeting?
No.
Both the call and the in-person meeting are free and no-commitment.
If it’s not a good fit, we’ll tell you.
And if you decide not to move forward, that’s perfectly fine.
